PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The regular meeting of the North Brevard Library
District Board will be held on Thursday, May 19,
2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Director’s conference
room in theTitusville Public Library, 2121 South
Hopkins Avenue, Titusville, Florida.
If a person desires to appeal any decision made
by the Board with respect to any matter considered
at this meeting, he or she will need a record of
the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or
she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to
be based.
Persons seeking to preserve a verbatim transcript
of the record must make those arrangements at their
own expense.
The needs of the hearing or visually impaired persons
shall be met if the library is contacted at least
five [5] days prior to the public meeting by any
persons wishing assistance.
Recipients of this FAX should post it on the nearest
public bulletin board. Your assistance will be appreciated.
