The Mims/Scottsmoor Public Library Board will meet
on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 5:15 p.m. at the Mims/Scottsmoor
Public Library, 3615 Lionel Road, Mims, FL 32754.

Meetings are held on the third Monday of every month
at 5:15 pm in January, February, March, April, May,
September, October and November. The board does not
meet in June, July, August or December.
"If a person decides to appeal
any decision made by the board, agency or commission
with respect to any matter considered at such meeting
or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings
and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made, which record includes the testimony and evidence
upon which the appeal is to be based.
Persons seeking to preserve a verbatim
transcript of the record must make those arrangements
at their own expense.
"In accordance with the Americans
with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, F.S., persons
needing accommodations or an interpreter to participate
in the proceeding should notify the Mims/Scottsmoor
Public Library no later than 48 hours prior to the
meeting by contacting Heather Lennon, Library Director
at 264-5080."
