Libraries
Brevard County Library System provides a high level
of service for younger patrons. Youth Services areas
in our libraries maintain several special collections
serving Toddlers through Young Adults. Specialized
staff in these areas assist their patrons in locating
materials for their leisure or research needs. Many
libraries also include Parenting and Teaching Collections
in their Youth Services areas.
Age specific programs for youth are offered in all
libraries and all libraries participate in the Florida
Library Youth Program during June and July. Tours
and outreach programs are also offered. Schedules
and special program announcements are available at
individual libraries.
ALL programs are FREE.
